![]() Swim in the cleanest waters found in southern Ontario. Gulliver’s is a 14 acre, man-made lake fed by several artesian wells with a sand basin that continually filters the water. The Wentworth township health department has rated the lake “Drinking water clean” and we insist on our quests exercising environmentally friendly habits so that we always have clean water and camping areas for you! Open to the public May 24 to the Labour Day weekend 7 Days a week from 9AM to 8PM. Lifeguards are always on duty. A mapped out swimming area for children, floating rafts and docks, volleyball nets, covered pavilion and a snack bar make this a perfect spot for your company or family picnics! Feel free to bring your own BBQs and floaties, but please keep in mind that pets and fishing are not allowed at the lake. Calling all seasoned and novice DIVERS… Gulliver’s is the perfect location for training or your first open water dives… Many local diving schools come here to train and some even dive here for pleasure! Local tri-athletes also come to Gulliver’s train – running, ¼ mile swim and biking on Safari Road… we had the distinct pleasure to host the 2001 – 2002 Provincial Tri-Athalon. At Gulliver’s you’ll find all the services you need from our friendly and helpful family staff. |
